At Harvard Business School, serving as the Lead Product Designer on AI, I architected and built scalable LLM-powered platforms and agent-based user interfaces, utilizing RAG pipelines to modernize complex academic workflows. My work involved:
• Architecting and deploying high-fidelity GenAI workflows and RAG pipelines, bridging the gap between design and engineering to establish robust, LLM-native product foundations.
• Designing novel agent-based user interfaces and conversational AI patterns that drastically reduced user friction, transforming static interactions into dynamic, context-aware experiences.
• Operationalizing AI-driven prototyping tools to accelerate the design-to-code lifecycle, validating complex machine learning concepts and defining the strategic evolution of AI-powered academic research tools.
• All screenshots are PERSONAL projects I designed, on my own equipment, on my own free time, in my own personal Fgma account, using ShadCN libraries to imagine what a HBS career website could look like, if HBS listened to it's product designers. None of these are designs shipped at HBS.
